本文简要介绍了界面剂在CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道充填层施工中的应用和性能要求,并与传统湿润法进行了推板和揭板对比试验。结果表明:界面剂的使用可以减少施工过程中质量控制的难度,减少人为因素和天气因素对水泥乳化沥青砂浆施工过程的影响:减少水泥乳化沥青砂浆的贯穿孔,改善底座板与水泥乳化沥青砂浆的粘结能力。该界面剂使用方便,施工工艺简单,可节省人力物力,从而保证水泥乳化沥青砂浆灌注质量。
This article briefly introduces the application and performance requirements of the interface agent in the construction of CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track filling.
