本文通过对吉林通钢网航信息技术有限责任公司(以下简称网航公司)的“网航电话计费系统(V2.0)改造项目”的设计与实施,按照数据安全/有效采集,协同管理的理念,系统地分析,重点解决以前存在的数据不统一、制度不健全、责任不清的问题。提高了综合管理和数据利用水平。该项目建成后,从流程上改变了原来的管理方式,弥补了空间管理漏洞,最大限度地提升了管理和经济效益水平。
