我国的内燃机车都装有燃油预热锅炉担负冬季打温任务,但由于该装置存在结构复杂、可靠性差、加热速度慢、造成蓄电池亏电等问题,机务部门基本都已经停用了。机车冬季主要采取柴油机惰转打温,这不但消耗大量的燃油,造成浪费和污染,而且加速了柴油机的非工作磨耗,使机车寿命和可靠性降低。为了解决上述问题,本文分析了国外机车打温装置的发展情况,并提出了研制内燃机车打温装置,解决机车冬季打温问题的一些设想。
China’s diesel locomotives are equipped with fuel preheating boilers to undertake the winter warming task, but due to the complex structure of the device, poor reliability, slow heating, resulting in battery power loss and other issues, the basic maintenance department has been deactivated. In winter, locomotives mainly adopt idling of diesel engines. This not only consumes a large amount of fuel, resulting in waste and pollution, but also accelerates the non-work wear of diesel engines, reducing the service life and reliability of locomotives. In order to solve the above problems, this paper analyzes the development of locomotive temperature control devices in foreign countries and puts forward some ideas to develop temperature control devices for locomotives and solve the problem of locomotive temperature in winter.
