实施新课改以来,素质教育“以人为本”的教育理念逐步深入人心。因此,在初中英语课堂的教学设计上,教师也应紧跟新课改的脚步,将小班化教学模式应用于教学之中。区别于大班教学枯燥单一的教学模式,小班化教学从学生人数、教学方式、教学内容以及评价方法方面更为细致和生动,让每一个学生都能在自主、合作、探究的小班化教学过程中表现自己。学生有了更多自我表现的机会,主动学习的热情高涨,英语能力得到了不断提升,使英语的教学目标得到有效的实现。 Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, quality education “people-oriented” concept of education gradually enjoys popular support.
