目的:考察三调松静练习对心理应激反应的调节效用。方法:20名成人被试被随机分入实验组与控制组,所有被试均经历基线静息、应激事件首次回顾、行为应对、应激事件再次回顾、恢复静息五个测试期,其中在行为应对期,实验组采取三调松静操作策略,控制组采取注意转移策略。全程以生理指标与情绪自评反映情绪变化,以自评量表记录思维沉浸与担忧的程度。结果:相比注意转移,三调松静练习可以在更大程度上缓解负性情绪所致生理紧张与失衡状态,并在减低思维沉浸与担忧的意识活动强度上的功效显著高于注意转移的应对方式。结论:三调松静练习是一项有助个体在应激情境下保持生理、心理整体稳定的心身锻炼技能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regulatory effects of three-tone relaxation exercises on psychological stress response. Methods: Twenty adult subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All subjects underwent baseline rest, first review of stress response, behavioral response, stress response and review of rest time to rest five resting periods In the response period, the experimental group adopted the strategy of three-pronged relaxation and the control group adopted the attention transfer strategy. Physiological indicators and emotional self-assessment throughout the whole process to reflect the emotional changes, self-rating scale to record the degree of immersion and worry. Results: Compared with the attention transfer, Trimming loose training can alleviate the physiological tension and imbalance caused by negative emotions to a greater extent and have a greater effect on reducing the intensity of mental activity of immersion and worry than that of attention transfer Solution. Conclusion: Trimming loose exercise is an individual to help physical fitness in psychological conditions, mental overall stability psychosomatic skills.
