煤科院抚顺所研究的 KO_2药片成型工艺于1987年1月9日在煤科院通过了由煤炭部副总工程师赵全福同志及煤科院副院长虞相同志共同主持的由煤炭部、化工部有关司局及全国自救器生产厂家和矿务局等20个单位,33位专家评议的技术鉴定。鉴定结论是:此工艺较破碎法工艺制取的生氧剂的粉尘透过量下降87%,提高了自救器的安全性能,新配方药片提高了化学氧自救器的防护性能,氧的放出率及 CO_2吸收率分别比苏联ШС—7М药粒高17%和
