毛细管柱气相色谱法测定空气中乙酸酯类

目的建立空气中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯2种有机物同时检测的毛细管柱测定方法。方法用活性炭管采样,二硫化碳溶剂解吸,FFAP毛细管柱分离,FID氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果其RSD、加标回收率均符合试验的要求。本研究用活性炭管作为固体吸附剂,二硫化碳作为解吸溶剂,经FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测数据,保留时间定性,峰面积定量,其分离度、加标回收率、数据精密度均符合试验的要求。其中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯的RSD均>1.5%,回收率均>97.1%。结论此方法快速、准确,适用于空气中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯的测定。 Objective To establish a capillary column method for the simultaneous determination of two kinds of organic compounds, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate in the air. Methods The samples were taken from activated carbon tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide solvent, separated by FFAP capillary column and detected by FID hydrogen flame ionization detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. The results of RSD, spiked recoveries are in line with the requirements of the test. In this study, activated carbon tube as a solid adsorbent, carbon disulfide as a desorption solvent, separated by FFAP capillary gas chromatography, FID detector detection data, retention time qualitative, peak area quantification, and its resolution, standard recovery, data precision Meet the test requirements. Among them, the RSDs of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate were both> 1.5%, the recoveries were all> 97.1%. Conclusion This method is rapid and accurate and is suitable for the determination of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate in the air.
