对参加运载火箭首飞的增压输送系统阀门产品的质量控制方法进行探索,分别在设计、生产、装配、试验和使用环节建立质量控制措施,提出零组件验收、极限装配、指标分级管理和首飞包络等要求,形成首飞阀门产品质量控制方法体系,并成功应用到运载火箭研制实践工作中。
To explore the quality control methods of the valve products of booster delivery system for the first launch of the launch vehicle, establish quality control measures in design, production, assembly, testing and use respectively, and put forward the requirements of component acceptance, limit assembly, index classification management and Fly envelope and other requirements, the formation of the first flight valve product quality control system, and successfully applied to the launch vehicle research and development work.
