土支撑培养的葡萄试管苗开瓶炼苗0—7天内,在黑暗条件下气孔相对开张度随开瓶时间延长而明显下降,气孔关闭百分率和关闭指数则随开瓶时间延长而明显上升,7天后不再有明显变化。试管苗在移栽后的低湿环境下,叶片萎蔫百分率随开瓶时间延长而下降,移栽成活率明显提高。
The open degree of stomatal opening under the dark condition decreased obviously with the prolonged opening of the bottle in 0-7 days after open-pit cultivation of grape plantlets. The stomatal closure percentage and closing index increased obviously with the prolongation of the bottle opening time. 7 There are no obvious changes in the day after. Under the condition of low humidity after transplanting, the percentage of wilting in test-tube seedlings decreased with the increase of bottle-opening time, and the survival rate of transplanting increased obviously.
