河北保定地区商业部门在组织商品流通工作中,算了三笔帐。一是按行政区组织流通,商品迂回倒流的浪费帐;二是按经济区合理组织运输的节约帐;三是及时支援工农业生产、缩短商品在途的时间帐。以安新县的老河头、芦庄、马庄、沈家坯四个基层社为例:全年进货量,1800多吨,打破行政区改由从保定直接进货后,缩短运输里程188公里,节约费用18,000多元,商品周转平均加快7天。目前全区已有97.5％的基层供销社实行按经济区划组织
