本研究采用行动研究法,以四川省绵阳市某幼儿园422名幼儿为研究对象,开展幼儿循环体育游戏的实践研究。研究发现,(1)幼儿循环体育游戏对幼儿的身体、情绪、社会适应、品质、认知等方面发展均具有积极的影响作用。(2)幼儿循环体育游戏须遵循若干基本规则,要具有一定情节,体育游戏材料要丰富多样。幼儿循环体育游戏的开展需从游戏的目标、类型,游戏材料的选择、规则、运动负荷控制等方面着手。教师要为幼儿提供充裕的户外活动时间,教师家长均要积极支持幼儿开展循环体育游戏。
In this study, 422 young children in a kindergarten in Mianyang City of Sichuan Province were selected as the research object by the action research method, and the practice research on the children’s circulatory sports games was carried out. The results showed that: (1) Circulation of early childhood sports games have a positive impact on children’s physical, emotional, social adaptation, quality, cognitive and other aspects of development. (2) Children’s cycling sports games must follow a number of basic rules, to have a certain plot, the sports game materials should be rich and varied. The development of early childhood sports games needs to be started with the goals, types, selection of game materials, rules and exercise load control. Teachers should provide young children with plenty of time for outdoor activities. Teachers and teachers should actively support young children to carry out circulatory sports games.
