目的对食管癌疾病的外科治疗中的方法与经验进行分析,有助于提高病患的临床治疗效果。方法对患有食管癌的患者的外科治疗、进行围术期的100例病患的资料进行研究,并从中选择40例病患的资料作为总结分析治疗体会。结果食管癌患者的治疗当中,进行10例病患进行根治性的切除手术,16例进行姑息切除术;病患出现并发症吻合口痪6例,4例为胸腔感染,6例出现心律失常现象,病患出现呼吸衰竭而导致死亡的为1例,剩下的病患经有效治疗均好转出院。结论食管癌病患应该按照具体的病情进行相应手术方式的选择,重视术前的准备与术后管理工作,确保治疗的效率,进一步减少并发症,有效提高其的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the methods and experiences in the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer diseases and to improve the clinical effect of the patients. Methods Surgical treatment of patients with esophageal cancer, the perioperative data of 100 patients were studied, and from 40 cases of patients selected as a summary analysis of treatment experience. Results In the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer, radical surgery was performed in 10 patients and palliative surgery in 16 patients. There were 6 patients with complications of anastomosis, 4 patients with thoracic cavity infection and 6 patients with arrhythmia 1 patient died of respiratory failure, and the remaining patients were all discharged after effective treatment. Conclusion Patients with esophageal cancer should choose the appropriate surgical approach according to the specific condition, pay attention to preoperative preparation and postoperative management, ensure the efficiency of treatment, further reduce the complications and effectively improve their quality of life.
