目的：了解护理标识管理在住院精神分裂症患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法将200例住院精神分裂症患者分为两组，每组100例。两组均接受精神科常规治疗及常规安全管理，研究组接受护理标识管理，比较两组意外事件的发生状况及患者满意度。结果研究组意外事件发生率为8．0％，对照组为24．0％，研究组显著低于对照组（ P＜0．01）。研究组满意率为97．0％，对照组为89．0％，研究组满意率显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论对首发住院精神分裂症患者予以护理标识管理，能显著降低意外事件发生率，提高患者的满意度。“,”Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing identity in safety management of hospitalized schizophrenics .Methods A total of 200 hospitalized schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 100 ones each ,both groups recieved psychiatric routine treatment and asfety management ,resrach group was plus nursing identity management ,develpoments of unexpected events and patients’ satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results The incidences of unexpect-ed events were respectively 8 .0% in research and 24 .0% in control group ,the former were significantly lower than the latter (P<0 .01) .Satisfaction rate was respectively 97 .0% in research and 89 .0% in con-trol group ,the former were significantly higher than the latter (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Nursing identity management of first-episode hospitalized schizophrenics could effectively reduce the incidence of unexpected event and improve patients’ satisfaction .
