为提高路面的抗压强度,减少维修费用,日本通产省工业技术院拟开发一种无须实施道路补修工程,就能象生物体组织那样,具有自行诊断,修复功能的新材料。这一研究项目,是不久前工业技术学院在筑波市研究中心举行的“仿生学设计国际研究会”上披露的。
In order to increase the compressive strength of the pavement and reduce the maintenance costs, MIIT proposes to develop a new material that has the function of self-diagnosis and repair without the need of road repair. This research project was recently unveiled at the International Institute of Bionics Design at the Institute of Industrial Technology at the Tsukuba Research Center.
