利用浸渍法制备了γ-Al_2O_3负载金属盐催化剂,考察了活性组分、温度、负载率对1,1,2-三氯乙烷脱氯化氢反应的影响。在γ-Al_2O_3负载2%Cs F、180℃、0.5 MPa优化条件下,1,1,2-三氯乙烷转化率达30%,偏二氯乙烯选择性达90%。用气-液-固三相反应器考察了沸腾鼓泡状态、添加阻聚剂苯醌对不同温度下Cs F-γ-Al_2O_3液相催化1,1,2-三氯乙烷制偏二氯乙烯的寿命的影响。结果表明,在113℃、0.1 MPa下,Cs F-γ-Al_2O_3对偏二氯乙烯的选择性高达85%,寿命长达230 h。用高温凝胶色谱(GPC)和红外光谱(IR)对Cs F-γ-Al_2O_3表面吸附物种进行表征,结果显示,苯醌由于其对偏二氯乙烯的阻聚作用而能延长催化剂寿命。
Γ-Al 2 O 3 supported metal salt catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. The effects of active components, temperature and loading on the dehydrochlorination of 1,1,2-trichloroethane were investigated. Under the optimal conditions of γ-Al 2 O 3 supported 2% Cs F, 180 ℃ and 0.5 MPa, the conversion of 1,1,2-trichloroethane reached 30% and the selectivity of vinylidene chloride reached 90%. The gas-liquid-solid three-phase reactor was used to investigate the boiling bubbling state. Polymerization inhibitor benzoquinone was added to the liquid phase catalyzed by Cs F -γ-Al 2 O 3 at different temperatures to produce 1,1,2-trichloroethane The impact of the life of ethylene. The results show that the selectivity of CsF-γ-Al_2O_3 to vinylidene chloride is as high as 85% at 113 ℃ and 0.1 MPa, and the lifetime is up to 230 h. The adsorption of Cs F-γ-Al 2 O 3 on the surface of Cs F -γ-Al 2 O 3 was characterized by high temperature gel chromatography (GPC) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The results showed that benzoquinone could prolong the catalyst life due to its inhibition of vinylidene chloride.
