一家宽容的企业会比狭隘者更容易制定出宽容的售后服务政策。狭隘的企业也许照搬了,但是狭隘者总是会在执行中被顾客的某些情绪和行为所激怒。狭隘的人无法做出宽容的行为,这意味着狭隘的企业根本不能执行宽容的售后政策。宽容或狭隘、尊重或不尊重、创新与平庸等是企业的内在生命,正是这些内在因素主导着企业一切的外在活动。因此,当企业面临问题而需要改革及不断追求卓越时,首先需要改变的是其内在。
A tolerant enterprise will be more than narrow-minded to develop a more tolerant after-sales service policy. Narrow enterprises may be copied, but the narrow people are always in the performance by the customer’s emotions and behavior angered. Narrow-minded people can not make tolerant behavior, which means that the narrow-minded enterprises simply can not enforce a lenient after-sale policy. Tolerance or narrowness, respect or disrespect, innovation and mediocrity are the inner life of the enterprise, it is these internal factors that dominate all the external activities of the enterprise. Therefore, when the enterprises are in need of reform and continuous pursuit of excellence, the first thing that needs to be changed is its intrinsic.
