选取国家跆拳道队19名男性一级运动员做为研究对象,分别以蹬功率车30 min和蹬功率车30min后做PNF牵拉训练两种不同的训练方案进行热身,训练结束后测试运动员下肢最大肌力、力量-时间曲线以及肌电图的相关指标并进行对比分析,以此探讨PNF牵拉训练对跆拳道运动员下肢肌肉力量、力量-时间曲线参数、最大肌力时肌电电压的影响。结果显示:PNF牵拉训练不能促进男子跆拳道运动员下肢最大肌力和力量-时间曲线参数的显著性下降,但股直肌的肌电电压有显著降低。
Nineteen male athletes of national Taekwondo team were selected as the research object. Warm-up was performed after 30 minutes of power-driven car and 30 minutes of power-driven car respectively, and then PNF traction training was performed to warm-up. After the training, the maximal muscle of lower extremity Force-time-curve and electromyography, and to analyze the correlation between PNF pullout training and WTF muscle strength, strength-time curve parameters and maximum muscle strength EMG. The results showed that PNF stretching training could not promote the significant decrease of maximal strength and strength-time curve parameters of lower limbs in male Taekwondo athletes, but the EMG of rectus femoris muscle decreased significantly.
