试验钢种在40%H3PO4+800μg/gCl-介质中作了腐蚀磨损试验,结果表明,铬锰氮不锈钢较1Cr18Ni9Ti(18-8)及OCr18Ni12Mo2Ti(Mo2Ti)钢具有更佳的抗腐蚀磨损性能。对腐蚀磨损过程中各分量的贡献作了深入分析和探讨,从而得出了在腐蚀磨损条件下评价材料流失机制的判据。
The corrosion test of the test steel in 40% H3PO4 + 800μg / gCl-media showed that the chromium-manganese-nitrogen stainless steel had better anti-corrosive wear properties than 1Cr18Ni9Ti (18-8) and OCr18Ni12Mo2Ti (Mo2Ti) The contribution of each component in the process of corrosion and abrasion is analyzed and discussed in depth, and the criterion for evaluating the material loss mechanism under the condition of corrosion and abrasion is obtained.
