润滑油金属磨粒分析是润滑油状态监测和造纸机故障诊断的重要手段之一。笔者对光谱分析、铁谱分析和电感式传感器的工作原理、结构、测定方式及其特点进行分析,结合三者各自的优势,提出了对纸机润滑油金属磨粒状态监测的最佳方案为在线监测和离线检测并用。通过二者的结合使用,可降低造纸机的维修成本,提高造纸机的工作效率、使用寿命及其可靠性,为企业做出正确的决策提供依据。
