通过技能大赛,考核学生光伏发电系统的安装、调试和维护综合的能力,测试学生分析问题、解决问题能力,展示高职学校的教学改革和实践成果。我们在结合多年的参赛经验的基础上,首次将项目化管理引入技能大赛的培训过程中,采用“六步法”确定培训课程采用了“六步法”来确定培训的课程和课时。在项目实施的过程中,狠抓质量、进度、经费和变更管理。同时,引入了Project 2014管理软件,使管理工作更快捷。最后,由张学焕老师带队参加了“2016年全国高等职业院校学生智能微电网系统安装与调试”技能大赛,由过去的三等奖晋升为二等奖,与以前有明显的提高。
