本文就碳工具钢(T_(10))在球化退火过程中,加热温度、保温时间、冷却速度、等温湿度、等温时间五个因素对缩短球化退火时间的影响进行了试验研究,并提出了缩短球化退火时间的初步看法.在加热温度取750~770℃时,保温时间可缩短到0.5~1.5小时;从加热温度到等温湿度的冷却速度不谨影响碳化物颗粒的弥散度,而且还影响碳化物的形态;在680℃等温促使碳化物球化需要时间很长,显然是不经济的,适当控制加热温度、保温时间和冷却速度,从而直接获得粒状碳化物组织,则等温时间可以大大缩短.
