以二元脂肪酸为相变材料、SiO_2为载体材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备不同核-壳比的二元脂肪酸/SiO_2复合材料,分析了其湿性能及组成结构、微观形貌和粒度分布.结果表明,在表面张力和毛细管的作用下,二元脂肪酸包裹于SiO_2的网络空隙结构中,二元脂肪酸用量为0.06 mol时,复合材料的湿性能最佳,在相对湿度40%~60%的条件下平衡含湿量为0.1297~0.1775 g/g,平衡时间为31~46 min.SiO_2具有丰富的“笼”结构,不仅可包裹束缚二元脂肪酸,还能吸附环境中的水分子,复合材料的d_(10)=148.54nm,d_(50)=254.73 nm,d_(90)=452.73 nm.
