从植入心脏电子装置患者作为行核磁检查的绝对禁忌证到核磁兼容起搏器及导线在临床的运用,心脏电子植入装置在核磁检查的安全性方面有了巨大的进步。大量临床研究证实了植入心脏电子装置的患者在一定程度上行核磁检查是安全的,然而对于既往植入非核磁兼容起搏器及导线,植入埋藏式心脏复律除颤器,心脏再同步化治疗的患者如何安全的进行核磁检查,仍然存在争议。随着核磁兼容起搏器的发展,心脏电子植入装置在安全接受核磁检查仍然面临许多挑战。
