目的 为了研究红景天人参制剂抗皮肤老化作用，同时对皮肤纤维结构差异的原因及皮肤生物学特性进行探讨。方法 将用过和未用过红景天人参制剂并行重睑术切除的眼睑皮肤取样８４例，通过临床观察及扫描电镜观察皮肤纤维结构变化。结果 红景天人参制剂外用有抗皮肤衰老作用，皮肤纤维结构差异原因及生物学特性尚需进一步研究。结论 红景天人参制剂外用有抗皮肤衰老作用，建议临床应用
Objective To study the anti-aging effects of Rhodiola ginseng preparations, and to explore the causes of the differences in the structure of skin fibers and the biological characteristics of the skin. Methods Eighty-four cases of eyelid skin with and without Rhodiola ginseng preparation were treated with double eyelid excision. The changes of skin fiber structure were observed by clinical observation and scanning electron microscope. Results Rhodiola ginseng preparations had anti-aging effect on skin for external use, and the causes and biological characteristics of the skin fiber structure still needed further study. Conclusion Rhodiola ginseng preparation has anti-aging effect on skin and it is recommended for clinical application.
