目的了解洪雅县洪川镇社区居民膳食营养状况,以制定符合本地实际的营养干预政策。方法以整群随机抽样的方法选取洪雅县洪川镇社区4个街道办事处共10个居委会作为住户调查和整群调查的调查点,住户调查随机抽取在洪川镇居住3年以上的2 000居民。采用食物频率问卷和24 h回顾的膳食调查方法进行调查研究对象的膳食摄入情况。结果男性各营养素实际摄入量蛋白质77 g、钙485 mg、维生素C68 mg,低于标准供给量;女性各营养素实际摄入量蛋白质58 g钙550 mg铁13 mg,低于标准供给量。结论男性蛋白质、维生素C摄入相对不足,钙摄入不足。女性摄入热能、蛋白质、钙摄入不足,而缺铁较为明显。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of community residents in Hongchuan County, Hongya County, in order to formulate nutrition intervention policies in line with local conditions. Methods A total of 10 neighborhood committees in 4 community offices of Hongchuan community in Hongya County were selected as the survey sites for household survey and cluster investigation by cluster sampling method. Household survey randomly selected 2 000 residents. Dietary frequency questionnaire and 24-h retrospective dietary survey were used to investigate the dietary intake of respondents. Results The actual intakes of various nutrients in men were 77 g protein, 485 mg calcium and 68 mg vitamin C, which was lower than the standard supply. The actual intakes of protein in women were 58 g calcium and 550 mg iron, which was lower than the standard supply. Conclusion Male protein, vitamin C intake is relatively inadequate, inadequate intake of calcium. Women intake of heat, protein, calcium intake, and iron deficiency is more obvious.
