应用过碘酸钠氧化改良法成功地将辣根过氧化物酶（ＨＲＰ）标记抗宫颈癌单克隆抗体ＡＵ＿（１４－１），其质量经鉴定符合要求，适用于建立ＡＵ＿（１４－１）－ＥＬＩＳＡ，以测定人血清宫颈癌抗原。
