采用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)以及浸泡实验等手段,对比研究了3A21、5A05和6063 3种铝合金在低电导率乙二醇冷却液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在低电导率乙二醇冷却液中,5A05铝合金的耐蚀性最好,其腐蚀类型为全面腐蚀+轻微的局部腐蚀;3A21和6063的腐蚀类型则为点蚀,且6063铝合金的耐点蚀性最差,其207 d后减薄速率与蚀坑生长速率均最快。5A05与3A21和6063 3种铝合金在低电导率乙二醇冷却液中腐蚀行为差异主要源于5A05中含较其它两种铝合金高的Mg和适量的Mn。
The polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and immersion experiments were used to study the corrosion behavior of 3A21, 5A05 and 6063 aluminum alloys in low conductivity ethylene glycol coolants. The results show that 5A05 aluminum alloy has the best corrosion resistance in low conductivity ethylene glycol coolants, the corrosion type is total corrosion and slight local corrosion; the corrosion type of 3A21 and 6063 is pitting corrosion, and the corrosion rate of 6063 aluminum The pitting resistance of the alloy is the worst, and the thinning rate and pit growth rate are the fastest after 207 days. 5A05 and 3A21 and 6063 three kinds of aluminum alloy in the low conductivity ethylene glycol coolants corrosion mainly due to 5A05 higher than the other two kinds of aluminum alloy and an appropriate amount of Mn.
