目的建立HPLC同时测定复方替硝唑载体栓中3组分含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-三乙胺(60∶40∶0.5)(用磷酸调pH值至4.0),流速:1.0 mL.min 1,检测波长:260 nm,进样量:20μL;柱温:25℃。结果复方替硝唑载体栓中3组分替硝唑、克霉唑、醋酸氯己定的线性范围分别为40~600,32~480,1.6~24μg.mL 1(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为99.81%,100.2%,100.3%;RSD分别为0.37%,0.2%和0.4%(n=9)。结论该方法可同时测定3种成分含量,操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 3 components in compound tinidazole carrier suppository. Methods Diamonsil C18 (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-triethylamine (60:40:0.5) Wavelength: 260 nm, injection volume: 20 μL; column temperature: 25 ° C. Results The linear range of tinidazole, clotrimazole and chlorhexidine was 40 ~ 600, 32 ~ 480 and 1 ~ 6 ~ 24μg.mL 1 (r = 0.999 9) The recoveries were 99.81%, 100.2% and 100.3%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.37%, 0.2% and 0.4%, respectively (n = 9). Conclusion The method can simultaneously determine the content of three components, easy to operate, fast, accurate and reliable.
