近几年,我国市场经济发展及人事制度改革使得国有企业在员工管理方面的自主权不断加大,人力资源管理越来越受到重视。国有企业人力资源成本在企业总生产成本中占有相当大的比重,并且呈逐年上升趋势。对于越来越市场化的电力企业,人力成本控制将直接影响到企业自身的生存发展。通过对电力公司人力成本控制现状的分析,结合电力公司的自身特点对人力成本管控体系的建立提出几点建议。
In recent years, the development of the market economy and the reform of the personnel system in our country have led to the increasing autonomy of state-owned enterprises in staff management and the emphasis on human resources management. The cost of human resources in state-owned enterprises occupies a large proportion in the total cost of production of enterprises and has been increasing year by year. For more and more market-oriented power companies, human cost control will directly affect their own survival and development. Based on the analysis of the current situation of human resource cost control in power company and the establishment of human resource cost control system in light of its own characteristics, some suggestions are put forward.
