我国经济社会发展步入新常态,正处于转型关键时期的中国社会雇佣关系问题凸显。如何建立和谐的雇佣关系以适应转型发展趋势,解决其中的矛盾和问题,实现“十八大”提出的经济文明的目标显得迫切而重要。本文通过对“海底捞”在雇佣关系问题上的案例探讨,希望从雇佣伦理角度解答如何构建新型的和谐的雇佣关系。案例研究发现,建立和谐的雇佣关系需要坚持“以人为本”的科学的、人性化的雇佣伦理理念,在制度、组织和文化三个维度的建设上,实现企业与员工的良性互动,构筑和谐雇佣关系。
The economic and social development in our country has stepped into a new normal and the issue of the employment relationship in China, which is now in the critical period of transformation, has become prominent. How to establish a harmonious employment relationship to adapt to the trend of transformation, solve the contradictions and problems among them and realize the goal of economic civilization put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress is urgent and important. Through the case study on the employment relationship of “Sea Fishing”, this article hopes to answer the question of how to construct a new type of harmonious employment relationship from the perspective of employment ethics. Case studies show that establishing a harmonious employment relationship needs to adhere to a scientific and humane ethic of employment based on “people-oriented” and achieve positive interaction between enterprises and employees in order to build a harmonious society based on the three dimensions of system, organization and culture Employment relationship.
