目的:了解和提高手术团队成员手卫生依从性,为医护人员执行手卫生规范提供依据。方法:现场观察和发放问卷方式。结果:76.45%认为难按照“手卫生指南”做好洗手工作,33%认为在摆完体位后未洗手进行导尿有交叉感染的风险,57.2%认为静脉穿刺或硬外穿刺未洗手进行其他操作有交叉感染的风险,20%手术医生接台手术摘手套后未外科洗手有交叉感染的风险。结论:加强手卫生知识培训和督导,确保患者安全。 OBJECTIVE: To understand and improve hand hygiene compliance of surgical team members and provide basis for health care workers to implement hand hygiene rules. Methods: On-site observation and payment of questionnaires. Results: 76.45% thought it was hard to wash their hands according to “Hand hygiene guidelines” and 33% thought they had no risk of cross-infection after they had finished hand-washing, 57.2% thought they did not wash their hands Other operations have the risk of cross-infection, and 20% of surgeons have no surgical hand-washing at risk of cross-infection after surgery. Conclusion: Strengthen hand hygiene knowledge training and supervision to ensure patient safety.
