针对传统预应力压浆工艺存在漏浆、孔隙及浆体饱满度欠缺,真空压浆技术依赖浆体设计、操作工艺和压浆设备等问题,提出了一种预应力孔道大循环智能压浆技术,充分利用传感设备及计算机实现智能化高效率施工操作。介绍了该大循环智能压浆的工艺原理,对其组成系统及功能进行了详细分析,并总结了大循环智能压浆技术与目前孔道压浆方法的工艺优势。结合工程实践总结了该压浆技术的施工方法和要点,明确各施工流程的操作事项和质量控制要点,该项技术取得了很好的经济效益和实践效果。
