为了快速、高效地建立TBM刀盘系统有限元模型,在对刀盘系统的细小和次要结构进行合理简化的前提下,设置了能够反映刀盘系统结构特征和尺寸的51个可变参数,提出了刀盘面板、滚刀组合及刀盘系统整体的有限元模型构建方法,基于ANSYS的APDL语言开发了TBM刀盘系统有限元参数化建模程序,并指出了建模过程中应该注意的技术问题。以面板刀孔尺寸干扰为例介绍了参数合理性甄别问题,并对边滚刀定位尺寸进行了深入研究。该程序可以实现各类常规TBM刀盘系统有限元模型的快速构建,为类似复杂结构有限元模型的参数化建模提供了行之有效的方法。
In order to establish the finite element model of the cutterhead system quickly and efficiently, 51 variable parameters that can reflect the structure and size of the cutterbar system are set up under the premise of the minor and minor structure of the cutterhead system.
