目的 将低能量 He- Ne激光血管内照射疗法 (IL IB)、星状神经节阻滞疗法 (SGB)并用于脑血栓病人 ,观察其抗氧化及清除自由基能力的变化。方法 将 IL IB和 SGB以单独和并用的方式 ,应用于三组 (共 56例 )脑血栓病人 ,并测定其治疗前后血浆内 SOD、CAT、GPx等内源性自由基清除剂活力和自由基 LPO含量的变化。结果 在提高 SOD活力方面 (ILIB)组作用较弱 (P>0 .0 5) , (SGB)组、 (ILIB+SGB)组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5和 (P<0 .0 1 )。在提高 CAT、GPx活力方面 组不起作用 , 组升高不明显 , 组升高有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。在降低 LPO含量方面 ,除 组治疗前后相比 P<0 .0 5外 ,其余二组治疗前后差异不显著。结论 ILIB与SGB二种方法并用对血浆 SOD、CAT、GPx提高明显 ,而 LPO含量变化三组均不明显 ,可能与伴有高血压、糖尿病等与自由基大量产生的内科疾病有关 ,原因有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the effects of low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation (IL IB) and stellate ganglion blockage therapy (SGB) on cerebral thrombosis patients. Methods The IL-IB and SGB were used in three groups (56 cases) of cerebral thrombosis separately and in combination. The activities of endogenous free radical scavengers such as SOD, CAT and GPx and free radicals Changes in LPO content. Results There was a significant difference (P <0. 05 and (P <0. 5) in ILIB group (P> 0.05), SGB group and (ILIB + SGB) group in improving SOD activity. 0 1) .There was no effect in improving the activity of CAT and GPx, but there was no significant increase in group and significant increase in group (P <0.01) .Compared with group before and after treatment P <0.05, the other two groups before and after treatment, the difference was not significant.Conclusion ILIB and SGB combined with two methods of plasma SOD, CAT, GPx increased significantly, while LPO content changes in three groups were not obvious, may be associated with high Blood pressure, diabetes and other free radicals generated a large number of medical diseases, the reasons for further study.
