我们浇注的轴瓦钢壳尺寸为:外径240毫米,内径220毫米,宽130毫米。巴氏合金层的成品厚度为1.5毫米,浇注厚度为5毫米,牌号为ZChSnSbll-6。由于钢壳挂锡后清理和往离心浇铸机上装卡所需的时间较长,锡层容易氧化,浇铸的合金不易与钢壳粘合,于是产生脱壳现象。根据书上介绍,脱水氯化铵(NH_4Cl)可作为巴氏合金的精炼剂,设想氯化铵也能用来净化镀锡层,于是就进行试验,并获得了令人满意的结果。具体做法是:
