目的检测分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)及甲状腺激素的水平变化及与OSAHS患儿生长发育的关系。方法选择2008年4~12月期间山东大学第二医院耳鼻喉科收治的OSAHS患儿25例及在门诊查体的健康儿童15例(对照组),测量其身高、体重;血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平的检测采用ELISA法,血清TSH、FT3及FT4水平的检测采用放射免疫法。结果OSAHS组患儿身高、体重、体质量指数(BMI)、身高标准差得分(HtSDS)及体重标准差得分(WtSDS)与对照组儿童相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但OSAHS组有2名患儿生长发育迟缓;OSAHS患儿血清IGF-1水平与对照组儿童相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IGFBP-3水平比对照组儿童明显降低(P<0.05);血清TSH、FT3、FT4水平与对照组儿童相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童OSAHS患者血清IGFBP-3水平降低,可能与OS-AHS患儿的生长发育迟缓有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) and thyroid hormones in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) Relationship with growth and development of children with OSAHS. Methods 25 patients with OSAHS admitted to Department of Otorhinolaryngology, the Second Hospital of Shandong University during the period from April to December 2008 and 15 healthy children (control group) were enrolled in this study. Their height and weight were measured. The serum levels of IGF-1, The level of IGFBP-3 was measured by ELISA, and the levels of serum TSH, FT3 and FT4 were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results There was no significant difference in body height, weight, body mass index (BMI), height standard deviation score (HtSDS) and weight standard deviation score (WtSDS) between OSAHS group and control group (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference in serum IGF-1 level between two groups (P> 0.05). IGFBP-3 level in children with OSAHS was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05) The levels of serum TSH, FT3 and FT4 were not significantly different from those of the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of IGFBP-3 in children with OSAHS are decreased, which may be related to the growth retardation in children with OS-AHS.
