目的:研究尿中巯基检测和人类乳头瘤病毒DNA(HPV-DNA)检测对子宫颈癌诊断的敏感性和特异性。方法:对236例子宫颈癌患者和300例正常对照分别做尿中巯基和HPV-DNA检测。结果:尿中巯基检测的灵敏度为91.95%,特异性为92.67%;HPV-DNA检测的灵敏度为82.16%,特异性为93.67%。结论:尿中巯基检测较HPV-DNA检测更适合作为子宫颈癌的筛查指标。
Objective: To study the sensitivity and specificity of urinary sulfhydryl detection and human papillomavirus DNA (HPV-DNA) detection in the diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods: Urinary thiol and HPV-DNA were detected in 236 cases of cervical cancer patients and 300 normal controls. Results: The sensitivity of detection of urinary sulfhydryl was 91.95% and the specificity was 92.67%. The sensitivity and specificity of HPV-DNA detection were 82.16% and 93.67% respectively. Conclusion: Urinary sulfhydryl detection is more suitable as a screening index for cervical cancer than HPV-DNA detection.
