Investigation on some key problems of large power AC-DC-AC converter

China is an important country in iron and steel industry.Power electronics converters are widely used.For the cold rolling mills of high speed,AC-DC-AC converters should be used.In the paper,the design and the control system of the large power three-level AC - DC - AC converter with IGCTs is investigated,and a back-to-back large power three-level AC - DC - AC converter with IGCTs has been got. With a series experiments,the performance of the converter is examined.The experiment result indicates the converter reaches the design requirement and it shows excellent performance.The converter system has been put into use safely.It is estimated that the AC - DC - AC converter system will be used in the drive systems for rolling mills in the near future. 深海来源微生物生存环境特殊,其次级代谢产物结构新颖、活性独特,是新型药物先导化合物的重要来源。本论文针对抗肿瘤活性,采用了活性筛选和现代化学筛选相结合的方法,对深海来源微生物进行分离和筛选,选取其中2株具有抗肿瘤活性真菌进行了活性次级代谢产物的系统研究。从采自太平洋深海海域的20个海泥样品中分离得到了108株微生物(60株真菌、18株放线菌、30株细菌)。采用SRB法,以小鼠白血病P388肿瘤细胞
