[目的]建立以流动注射化学发光法测定药物中青藤碱含量的方法。[方法]在鲁米诺浓度为2.5×10-4mol/L,过氧化氢浓度为1×10-2mol/L条件下,测定药物中青藤碱的含量。[结果]发光强度与青藤碱浓度在1×10-5-1×10-3g/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9991,其平均回收率为97.3%,相对标准偏差为3.2%,最小检出限为5×10-6g/L。[结论]该方法灵敏、快速、设备简单,可用于药物中青藤碱的测定。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of sinomenine in drug by flow injection chemiluminescence. [Method] The concentration of sinomenine in the drug was determined under the conditions of luminol concentration of 2.5 × 10-4 mol / L and hydrogen peroxide concentration of 1 × 10-2 mol / L. [Result] The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the luminescence intensity and the concentration of sinomenine in the range of 1 × 10-5-1 × 10-3g / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9991, the average recovery was 97.3% and the relative standard deviation was 3.2 %, The minimum detection limit of 5 × 10-6g / L. [Conclusion] The method is sensitive, rapid, simple and can be used for the determination of sinomenine in drugs.
