随着三亚国际知名度的提高,国内外游客纷至沓来,游客的增加与再建高星级酒店的矛盾日趋严峻,而亚龙湾、大东海、三亚湾这几个成熟景区几乎没有存量土地可用于新酒店建设。为了能与未来三亚游客特别是高端游客增长趋势对接,海棠湾无疑成为三亚高端酒店建设的首选之地。目前海棠湾各开发公司出现资金瓶颈的制约,影响了海棠湾开发建设的步伐,本文试着从金融支持的角度解决海棠湾开发公司资金短缺的问题。
With the increasing international popularity of Sanya, the tourists from home and abroad are pouring in. The contradiction between the increase of tourists and the rebuilding of high-star hotels is becoming more and more serious. However, few mature land in Yalong Bay, Dadonghai and Sanya Bay are available for the construction of new hotels. In order to be able to connect with the future growth of Sanya tourists, especially high-end tourists, Haitang Bay will undoubtedly become the first choice for high-end hotel construction in Sanya. At present, the constraints of capital bottlenecks in various Haitang Bay development companies have affected the pace of development and construction of Haitang Bay. This paper attempts to solve the problem of shortage of funds of Haitang Bay Development Company from the perspective of financial support.
