目的:对中药黄药子的质量标准进行初步研究。方法:以75%乙醇提取,采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;采用Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-0.15%磷酸水(35∶65)为流动相,流速1 m L/min,检测波长215 nm,高效液相法测定黄独素b的含量。结果:在TCL鉴别中,黄独素b的斑点清晰,分离效果好;在高效液相色谱中,黄独素b平均回收率为99.40%,RSD为0.51%。结论:本实验建立的黄药子中黄独素b的鉴别和含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To study the quality standard of Chinese medicine. Methods: The samples were extracted with 75% ethanol and identified by TLC. The mobile phase consisted of Lichrospher C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.15% phosphoric acid water (35:65) L / min, detection wavelength of 215 nm, HPLC method for the determination of the content of Huangsuoxin b. Results: In the identification of TCL, Huang Kuang-b b spots clear, the separation effect is good; high-performance liquid chromatography Huang Kuang b average recovery was 99.40%, RSD was 0.51%. Conclusion: The method for the identification and determination of Huangrelin b in the yam of this experiment is simple, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of this product.
