目的:建立消渴平片中葛根素的含量测定方法;方法:采用HPLC法,C18柱,甲醇:水(28:72)为流动相,检测器波长 250 nm;流速1 ml·min-1。结果:线性范围0．063-1．26μg·ml-1此方法线性关系良好,葛根素平均加样回收率为102．8％,RSD 为0．79％(n=5)。结论:本法简便快捷,精密度好,可用于消渴平片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of puerarin in Xiaokeping Tablet; Method: HPLC method, C18 column, methanol: water (28:72) as mobile phase, detector wavelength of 250 nm, flow rate of 1 ml·min-1. RESULTS: The linear range was 0.063-1.26 μg·ml-1. The linear relationship was good. The average recovery of puerarin was 102.8% and the RSD was 0.79% (n=5). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used to control the quality of Xiaokeping tablets.
