目的掌握深圳市龙岗区鼠类的本底情况,为有效地控制该区鼠媒疾病的发生提供参考。方法采用夹夜法,同时配合笼诱法监测鼠类种群、分布及密度。结果本次调查共捕获鼠类35只,优势鼠种为褐家鼠,占捕获总数的54.29%,年平均鼠密度为3.95%。龙岗区10个主要街道间鼠密度差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.00,P<0.05);特殊行业和居民区鼠密度差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.22,P>0.05)。结论龙岗区鼠密度远超过国家标准,应加强针对小家鼠的防灭鼠工作。
Objective To grasp the background of rodents in Longgang District, Shenzhen, to provide reference for effectively controlling the occurrence of murine disease in this area. Methods The method of nocturnal nocturnal simulation was used to monitor the distribution, density and density of rodents. Results A total of 35 rodents were captured in this survey. The dominant rodent species were Rattus norvegicus, accounting for 54.29% of the total number of catches and the annual mean rat density being 3.95%. There was significant difference in rat density among 10 main streets in Longgang district (χ2 = 20.00, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in rodent density among special industries and residential areas (χ2 = 2.22, P> 0.05). Conclusion Longgang rat density far exceeds the national standard, should be strengthened for the prevention and control of mouse house mouse action.
