发光材料是纳米材料领域的一个研究热点。有关纳米发光材料的制备方法是多种多样。本研究综述了十余种不同的制备方法,如高温固相法、燃烧法、沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法和气相沉积法等,并简述了各自的实验原理。由于沉淀法具有低能耗、廉成本、易操作和高产出等特点,故具备投入大规模生产的市场价值。最后对纳米发光材料的应用进行了展望。
Luminescent materials is a research hotspot in the field of nanomaterials. The preparation of nano-luminescent materials is varied. This review summarizes more than ten different preparation methods, such as high-temperature solid-phase method, combustion method, precipitation method, sol-gel method, hydrothermal method and vapor deposition method, and briefly describes the respective experimental principle. Due to its low energy consumption, low cost, easy operation and high output, the precipitation method possesses the market value of mass production. Finally, the application of nano-luminescent materials is prospected.
