一、改革过时思维方式,调整人们的价值取向 “以官为上”、“重官轻商”的社会价值取向,严重的阻碍了企业家自身价值的体现和对社会的贡献。长期以来,我国对企业的管理实施的是相似于行政部门的管理,肯定厂长经理的成绩时,基本上采取的是把他调整到级别更高的厂(公司)或政府、党委部门担任官员。这种思维方式和管理办法显然不符合市场经济的一般原则,不利于企业家价值的体现和企业家的形成,
