利用均匀试验设计法确定了Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca四元镁合金的成分配比,通过气氛保护炉制得铸锭,并对合金进行了均匀化和正挤压,建立了合金综合性能回归方程。结果表明:在置信度为99%的情况下,综合性能线性回归方程特别显著,可满足定量分析要求。Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca挤压态镁合金的综合性能与Zn、Mn和Ca的含量,Mg与Zn的交互作用,Mg与Ca的交互作用,Mg、Zn和Ca的交互作用呈线性关系。
The composition ratio of Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca quaternary magnesium alloy was determined by the uniform test design method. The ingot was prepared by atmosphere protection furnace and the alloy was homogenized and extruded. The regression equation of alloy comprehensive performance . The results show that the comprehensive performance linear regression equation is particularly significant under the condition of a confidence of 99%, which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis. The comprehensive properties of magnesium alloy Mg-Zn-Mn-Ca, the content of Zn, Mn and Ca, the interaction of Mg and Zn, the interaction of Mg and Ca, and the interaction of Mg, Zn and Ca show a linear relationship.
