目的:研究化浊轻身颗粒中主要药物的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层层析鉴别主要药物,用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中四羟基二苯乙烯苷的含量。结果:建立了制剂中黄芪、大黄、何首乌的鉴别方法,四羟基二苯乙烯苷的线性范围为0.164 8~3.296 0μg(r=0.9996);加样回收率为99.0%,(RSD为3.0%,n=6)。结论:该实验建立的鉴别和含量测定方法专属性强、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To study the identification and determination of main drugs in Huazhuo Qingshen granules. Methods: The main drugs were identified by TLC, and the content of tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside in the preparations was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The identification methods of Radix Astragali, Rhubarb and Polygonum multiflorum were established. The linear range of tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside was 0.164 8 to 3.296 0 μg (r=0.9996). The recovery rate of the sample was 99.0% (RSD was 3.0%. n=6). Conclusion: The method of identification and content determination established in this experiment is highly specific and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
