研究了稀土 Eu离子激发的 Sr O·x Al2 O3体系的发光性质 ,发现 ,随着 x的增大 ,Eu离子的激发光谱主峰向长波方向移动 ,而发射光谱主峰向短波方向移动。根据 Eu2 +,Eu3+离子的特征光谱分析 ,发现 ,在Sr O· x Al2 O3:Eu体系中 ,当 x<1 .5时 ,主要是 Eu3+离子的 4f- 4 f跃迁发光 ,发红色光 ;当 x>1 .5时 ,主要是 Eu2 +离子 5 d- 4 f跃迁发光 ,发绿色或蓝色光。
The luminescent properties of Sr O x Al 2 O 3 system excited by rare earth Eu ion were studied. It was found that the main peak of the excitation spectrum of Eu ion moved to the longer wavelength with the increase of x, and the main peak of the emission spectrum shifted to the shorter wavelength. According to the characteristic spectral analysis of Eu2 + and Eu3 + ions, we found that the 4f-4f transition of Eu3 + ions mainly emits red and red light when x <1.5 in Sr O x Al2 O3: Eu system. When x> 1.5, it is mainly that the Eu2 + ions 5 d- 4 f transition and emit green or blue light.
