知识管理是对知识运作以及与知识有关的各种资源和无形资产的管理,是组织一种有意识的战略,保证能够在最短的时间将最需要的知识传送给最需要的人。知识管理能够为企业教育培训工作提供强大的资源支持,是企业加强培训资源建设的重要手段。广东电网有限责任公司(以下简称“公司”)为加强教育培训资源建设,以构建“需求测评体系、个性化教学模式、精品课程体系、评价激励体系”四位一体的标准培训模式为目标,在吸收借鉴优秀企业知识管理成功经验的基础上,搭建了教育培训知识管理体系并落实相关工作。
