科研合作作为一种开展多元化创新活动、提升科研水平的重要途径,其不仅涉及多元主体参与的复杂协作关系,也包含了对信息的搜寻、获取、加工与利用等丰富信息行为。本文在归纳分析科研交互变革与合作关系演化趋势的基础上,梳理了基于个体维度、团队维度和组织维度所形成的多粒度科研合作主体信息需求层级结构,并系统揭示了由信息需求引发的科研工作者之间以科研任务协同分工为导向的协同信息行为、科研团队之间以研究领域持续探索为导向的协同信息行为和跨系统组织之间以战略合作关系维系为导向的协同信息行为。
As an important way to carry out diversified innovation activities and enhance the level of scientific research, scientific cooperation not only involves the complicated cooperative relationship involving multiple subjects, but also includes rich information behaviors such as searching, obtaining, processing and using of information. On the basis of induction and analysis of evolutionary trend of scientific research interaction and cooperation, this paper combs the hierarchy of information needs of multi-granularity scientific research cooperation based on individual dimension, team dimension and organizational dimension, and systematically reveals the scientific research The collaborative information behavior is based on the coordination of scientific research task and division of labor among workers. The collaborative information behavior oriented by scientific research team is based on the continuous exploration of research fields and the coordinated information behavior oriented by the cross-system organizations.
